Whanau Performance tonight (Wednesday 25 November) is cancelled

Dear Parents/Caregivers,

A decision has been made to cancel tonight's Whanau Performance due to the weather. There is a lot of preparation that goes into an evening like this and with this afternoon/evenings forecast not looking good it is best we do not go ahead. We have 250 students who attend kapa haka which means we will not all fit into the MPR if it is raining.

With a busy timetable which includes Big Days Out/In, school Disco’s and key staff being unavailable there is not an evening for a postponement either but we do have an opportunity to perform to the school and extended school whanau this Friday at 2pm.

I realise it is late notice but if you are able to join us this Friday at 2pm in the middle of the school for a kapa haka performance that would be great.

We are going to have a sausage sizzle tomorrow as well to keep fundraising for piupiu.

Thank you for your continued support.
