Sports Camp - Regional Tournament for Years 7 & 8

Each year 35-40 students are selected to participate in our elite Combined Regions Sports Camp.  Our top athletes and sports people are selected for the team and they travel to Totara Springs, Matamata for a week of sporting action and camaraderie.  Some years we have the opportunity to take two teams.  This is a great development opportunity for our second team as it gives them an insight into the tournament, in preparation for future years.  This team was named the runners up in the Fairplay Award in 2008.  The students are accompanied by teachers and parents.  It is a fantastic week in which we have had a great history in recent years of coming second twice, and winning the whole tournament once.
