Choir at Te Rapa Primary has a fun focus this year.  We are having a lot of fun practising some new songs and revisiting some old ones.  This term the choir is practising on a Thursday lunchtime in the multipurpose room.  We have had a good turn out and look forward to some interesting musical items with a bit of a twist this year.  Term 4 will see the choir start again in preparation for Christmas songs and sing-outs.  We had 92 in our choir for Kids for Kids last year and we hope to keep children motivated by making music fun and exciting at Te Rapa Primary.

Ms Lynnette Jones is our schools' Choir Co-ordinator and is assisted by Mr Mike McCurry.  The choir has a series of practice sessions throughout the school year, often in readiness for upcoming special school related events.
