Board of Trustees

The community is currently well served by an enthusiastic Board of Trustees, who have the interests of the school, and in particular the students and staff, at heart.

The Board of Trustees governs the school. Meetings are held monthly, usually on the third Monday of the month, and are open to the parent body.

The Board consists of 8 members, who are:

Property - Phil Bell
Staff Representative - Karen Wymer

Parent Teachers Association

A PTA committee is in operation and each year run monthly meetings organising different events and school activities working closely with the principal, staff and Board of Trustees.

PTA meeting dates are published in the school Newsletter, and all are welcome.

The PTA are involved in many fundraising initiatives like the Oxford Pies, Cadbury Chocolate or Natural Snake lolly sales and raffles.  They also run quiz evenings, sausage sizzles, calendar sales and lots more.

The PTA also makes contributions to the purchasing of new computers for the school, including the mobile unit with laptops.  They contribute to many initiatives around our school.

The spongy matting under the junior playground, and the various sail shades around the school, are also contributions made by the PTA, as is the Burma Trail for the Senior School.

Each year the PTA hosts a picnic for parents, students and staff at the school, and in the past they have also been involved in the planning of Galas.  These events increase community spirit and pride in our school.

The PTA have recently helped contribute funding for our new Library and Resource and Copy Centre.

Any parents/caregivers interested in knowing more about our school's PTA should contact the school office for further details, and remember all parents/caregivers are welcome to join the PTA or simply register as a "Friend of the PTA".
